Subscription service

The law firm provides subscription legal services to companies, associations, and individuals upon conclusion of subscription legal services agreements. Clients with concluded agreements receive special attention, priority and continuous legal service, and advice related to their business or certain aspects thereof.

Subscription legal services are provided both to small companies that do not have their own lawyers, and to larger companies that need additional legal assistance.

The subscription services include:

  • Oral and written legal advice (including solving sudden legal problems)
  • Preparation of current documents (powers of attorney, declarations, applications, statements, letters, complaints)
  • Preparation of all types of contracts, agreements, general conditions, promissory notes, etc.
  • Participation in negotiations and meetings
  • Making initial entries and follow-up actions in the Commercial Register: preparation of the necessary documents for initial entry and subsequent changes in the legal status of a company (change of name, registered office and management address, change in their legal and organizational form, change in membership, announcement of annual financial statements, etc.)
  • Assistance at banking and credit institutions in connection with the registration of securities, entry of a special pledge, etc.
  • Preparation of documents for general meetings and meetings of boards of directors, supervisory boards, etc.
  • Review of pending court cases and giving an opinion on them
  • Review of pending enforcement cases and giving an opinion on them
  • Assistance in out-of-court dispute resolution
  • Advice and provision of legal defence when concluding, amending, or terminating employment contracts of workers/employees.

The subscription services do not include legal representation before judicial and arbitration bodies, real estate transactions, company transformation and liquidation, or debt collection. The fee for such services is additionally negotiated on a case-by-case basis based on the scope and difficulty of the case and usually represents a percentage of the material interest. Subscription legal services agreements provide CLIENTS with discounts from the additional payment for the above services.
